MANDAT INTERNATIONAL is a foundation with charitable purposes which holds special consultative status with the United Nations. We cooperate closely with most international organisations and we are independent of any political or religious affiliation. Our main goals are

n increasing number of non-governmental representatives are invited by international organisations to attend conferences, because of their expertise, grass-roots knowledge and taking into account the vital role they play in the elaboration and implementation of international policies. Our Welcome Centre for Non-Governmental Organizations and Delegations facilitates the participation of non-governmental representatives in the numerous international meetings that are held in Geneva. We run several multilingual information websites, a documentation centre, a support fund, as well as various projects. Through our activities, our network of members and our consultative status (UN ECOSOC, DPI, UNCTAD, etc.), we contribute to bringing closer together the various stakeholders and fields of activity within the international arena.
Mandat International also promotes and participates in research projects, namely in the fields of information technologies and sustainable development.
